I'm Tony Russ, Musician, Songwriter and music producer from Poughkeepsie NY. I've been writing music since 1960.  On the road in the 60's -80's in the Bands The Facts Of Life , PREGO and the Tony Russ Band. In 1982 The Tony Russ Band made a vinyl album called Back To Basics that is still selling used on record sites.  In 2022, I went full time in music after retiring as a Finance Manager and created hundreds of songs that are streaming on all platforms. 

Starting with the album called 77 I went in a different direction in the music I create, because I felt it would resonate more with the public and hopefully my fans. I took singing, guitar and piano lessons in 2025 since I was self taught up until then. And it opened up a door of possible growth to my fan base. I continued with a Single What if we Stayed and albums AGELESS, NOT DONE YET, and 65 YEARS IN MUSIC. These are my best works yet and more great songs are in the works. You can purchase songs in the catalog for $1.00 each and that helps me keep producing.
